Appalling Service

I was expecting a delivery from MyRunway. The driver (NhlanhlaL Reg FN29BXGP)was extremely rude and he left with my parcel. He claimed that he couldn't get hold of me at the gate, my phone never rang. When he called me through the call center line I told him I am home and that he can deliver my parcel. He still left with my parcel even when the security told him that I was on my way from the house to collect it by the gate.

I was literally watching him drive off with my package and there was nothing I could do. Not to mention that he was extremely rude to the securities by my complex gate. This is not the first time I have experienced this atrocious behaviour from this driver! I have once told him I didn't appreciate his service when he threw my delivery to my face!! I did call and formally lay a complaint and it 3as never acknowledged!! I have been expecting this delivery the entire day and when he arrived, he left with it! I have never ever been disrespected like this! You people need to vet your employees because this is unacceptable!! This serves as a formal complaint from myself and if nothing is done about it, I will be left with no choice but to take it as further as I possibly can! I have had it with this driver! He is a CRUDE and RUDE human being who doesn't deserve to be customer interfacing or on any PAYROLL !!
