Appalling customer experience

Hi guys im laying a complaint against Dawn Wing specifically the PE branch I always have to be the one following up with them to find out when my parcels will be delivered, I was told yesterday my parcel will be delivered today but it has been with them since Monday, when I called to inq a few minutes ago the lady I spoke to called Thoko advised me she only sees it being delivered on Monday. I’m disgusted and annoyed by their service they don’t even communicate to advise if there will be a delay.
