Appalling customer experience

So between Exclusive Books & Dawn Wing, I have been given poor service. I was expecting a delivery from the 18th of May, moved to 20th of May today is the 31st of May and no delivery. Exclusive Books doesn't want to take any accountability & Dawn Wing just tells me they will get back to me. Disgusting customer service.
