appalling courier company

What a shocking, shocking, shocking, shocking, shocking, shocking, shocking, shocking, shocking, SHOCKING experience waiting for my delivery!!! I still haven't got it! Call and you're number 80th in the queue!!! Email - well no-one replies. Hard to believe a company like Steve Madden would use such a USELESS, USELESS, USELESS courier company to deliver their goods!! In addition to the appalling service, i went onto their FB page earlier today - saw lots of complaints so added mine - went back on 10minutes later and ALL complaints were removed. And they've blocked me off their page because i added another comment asking why they removed all complaints off their social media. What a USELESS company. So many complaints they actually remove them off their FB page.
