Another nightmare at Dawn Wing

It's been the third time this company dropped the ball with, what should be a simple 48 hour delivery from Durban, and the expecting me to accept this clear lack of professionalism.their staff at their Cape Town depo seems not to know the difference between a client and their friend, lacking the required verbal s****s and experience, not to mention the ability to solve problems.I was asked to come collect my parcel, which I paid R150 for besides the purchased products, at their premises, which they must have delivered yesterday already! If I can't then they can only deliver on Monday, when I will have left for my business trip already, yet, according to the staff member, I'm being rude for expressing my frustration...
