And I celebrated my 1month annivers of no delivery

After my initial complaint of not receiving my goods order placed on the 02 December 2015 (and the pick up from CNA on the 04th Dec 2015) i celebrated my 1 month anniversary on the 04th Jan 2016. this has been the most pathetic service ever received since I have started doing online shopping and believe me I will never make use of this courier service or any partners that makes use of their services as it is apparently non-existent. The products that was meant to be delivered are fully paid for and who will cover any damages SHOULD they EVER arrive. All you receive are automated responses with no customer care and when you thought that complaints are dealt with as urgent, the initial complaint lodged on HelloPeter.com has still not been attended to no call back nothing!!
