Am very upset

This is the 2nd time am having to complain regarding ur service.You even called me yesterday after I called complaining I was promised my parcel would be delivered today only to get a msg that there was an address error.If you don't deliver to our parts of town please let the stores know and don't take our parcels.Your delivery guy was supposed to call me but nothing.Thats is my son's Christmas shoes am supposed to go to the shop with them yet you still giving me problems. I was told to stay close to my phone as the driver would call only to receive a msg that my parcel could not be delivered.Why do I have to fight to get what's due to me
