Aggressive driver

I had made a purchase that was delivered by Dawn Wing. The driver gave me nothing but a headache. On the day of delivery he made his call where he did not bother to greet nor introduce himself and rudely instructed me to come to the main gate, (I stay in a big security estate where the main ***e is about 15 minutes away) then hungup. I escalated the matter with both Runwaysale and Dawn Wing to which he was instructed to come back and deliver. He then concocted a lie that the Estate does not allow deliveries inside, whereas security had called wanting to let him in and he insisted he was not coming in as per Dawn Wing’s policies. Further note that I had on the previous Monday received a parcel from Dawn Wing and had no problems with the courier who came directly to my gate. This is just to show that he made up his own story when he had said that it is the Estate that does not allow deliveries. His manager forced him to make the delivery as I was putting pressure on them to deliver my parcel, he was let into the estate by security and when he got to my gate he started hooting non-stop and immediately my gut feeling told me to take my pepper spray with. As soon as he saw me coming towards the gate he started shouting “are you the one who said I am disrespectful and lying, come here you are the disrespectful one” I then asked him if he was going to give me my parcel (at this point my neighbors came out to see what the commotion was about) he was busy shouting in Sesotho/pedi which I am not too fluent in and therefore cannot interpret fully. I then snatched the parcel from him and ran, he then shouted “voetsek come and sign for your parcel” I told him NO, he followed me and entered my gate. I asked him to step out as I had pepper spray and would use it if he approached further. He walked towards me aggressively then I started spraying him. I initially sprayed a little just so he could get back, he kept approaching me while making noise and I sprayed him some more and that is when he felt the impact and retreated, uttering the words “I will deal with you, I am going to come back at night, you will know me”. I escalated the matter to Dawn Wing and it is like they are not bothered by the behavior of the driver. A few days later police knocked on my door claiming he had opened a case of common theft as I has snatched my parcel and ran off. Dawn wing has put me off of online shopping. We pay for door to door delivery yet their drivers act like the delivery is free and is a door to gate service
