ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the worst platform I have dealt with in online shopping and shipping. Their website is down so you cannot track your order. When I called they put me through to 3 different people to eventually answer my question regarding the delay and tracking of my MANGO items, before one of the people finally answered I had to first hear a co-worker/manager fight with a group of staff about a Monique or Michelle that everyone had to answer to. Just terribly unprofessional!!! I have no clue where my order is and no way of tracking it and the customer service is appalling. At the moment they don't even answer my calls or emails. so frustrating.
