Absolutely pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service! One week on after their rude driver delivered my parcels to the wrong address and no call back. I called to report this after they sent a delivery confirmation and customer service said the CT office would get back to me in a few minutes and the driver would return with my parcels. I also logged the query online and sent a message requesting a response on their website. One week later and I have had no call, no response and the driver never came back. They haven't even followed up to check if I finally received my parcels?
