Absolutely pathetic courier service !!!

I've been waiting for two days for a parcel being delivered by Dawn wing . My problem is that I stayed around my area yesterday because of the delivery...now again today might be the same story...and if my parcel is in the lucky draw I might get my parcel tomorrow.How can one plan their day when *********** companys like Dawn Wing is the reason for me canceling with my clients because of my delayed delivery.
