Absolutely pathetic courier

I don't know why Adidas, puma and Reebok use them.

They always miss expected delivery dates and can never tell clients where exactly their items are. I have been told my would be delivered on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and I still don't have it.. They keep on stating that my item is out for delivery every day, but clearly that means absolutely nothing.

I'm so reluctant to even order from stores that use Dawn Wing as their courier partner.. Please learn from takelot how a courier and tracking system should operate.
