Absolutely horrible courier company.

This courier company does not deserve one star!! Their service is absolutely horrible. When you reach their call centre, they transfer you to another department and your call gets dropped, or the agent will simply disconnect your call when you enquire about your parcel. Their call centre agents give clients wrong information and are misleading. Do not use this company, your OVERNIGHT parcel will reach it's destination in 3-4 working days. You will have better luck with the ever pathetic SA postal service.
