Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely worst service ever. I ordered a laptop from game, their delivery partner is dawn wing. I have been wIting for my laptop 15 days already, with no word from dawn wing as to why. They dont answer their phones they dont respond to game. Worst part is I have come here to their kempton Park offices to pick up my parcel due to their lack of ability to deliver, and I as well as other customers are made to wait on the pavement like beggars. I have had no resolve and am tired of the runaround.
