Absolutely Appalling Service Deliver by Dawn Wing Courier Services

I am absolutely appalled by the service at Dawn Wing, Durban Branch. I have a small online business and the company which i am affiliated with partner with Dawn Wing to have the goods delivered to me between Gauteng and Durban. I expected to receive an order delivered to me by the 3rd week of March. When i hadn't received it on time i contacted the company to inquire about the reason for the delay and i was informed that Dawn Wing had delivered it to me on 20th March. I requested for the delivery note to be sent to me. On the delivery note the address was correct however the area was Burnside and not Umhlanga. Furthermore, the person who received the package was named Cynthia and i do not have anyone by that name on my premises. I contacted Dawn Wing on March 27th and stated my situation, i was told that they will need to get in touch with the driver and will get in touch with me shortly. After not hearing back from them after a few days, i called them again and was told i will be contacted shortly, after which the country soon went into lock-down and i did not pursue it any further. Once we were downgraded to Level 4 and my online business began operating again i got in touch with Dawn Wing, Durban Branch and was told by the very rude receptionist/switchboard operator that the driver who delivered my package was no longer employed there and that i will need to speak to the supervisor. Unfortunately, the branch supervisor is never available to take my call and i have been promised on numerous occasions that he will return my call however its been almost a month and a half now and i have still yet to hear from anyone.

The value of my order was R979.63 (Tracking Number: NS***) and it may not seem like a lot but to anyone running a small business would be able to tell you that this has an immense impact on the overall PNL for my business, especially during these unprecedented times. I am not quite sure what else to do in order to get answers from Dawn Wing.
