A waste of a courier company

Man I am sick of this courier company, they just can never get anything right. I didn’t know simply delivering a product could be rocket science to them.

Anyway, the driver **** and said he tried to contact me regarding delivery of my Steve Madden products. I was available all day waiting for a call or even a text and NOTHING.

At 11pm, I receive a text claiming my item wasn’t delivered due to me being unavailable and also claiming that I was aware. Bull. I was not aware of anything, no one came to my house, no one called or even texted me regarding my parcel. I have been waiting for over a week and this is not free delivery, I paid my hard earned money for this.
