A laughable experience

I would expect a reputable and established company such as Dawn Wing to deliver the best service and a quality customer experience. I am very much disappointed, however, with Dawn Wing couriers.

I had missed the package delivery collection twice. As it was my fault, I called them to organize an alternative date for delivery. I called the agent on Friday afternoon (Package was originally scheduled for Thursday). This is where things get odd. The agent I spoke to on Friday proposed a Saturday morning-early afternoon. I waited. No delivery came. Called on Saturday. Organize for Monday. Wait for Monday. No delivery came. Call again. Apparently scheduled for Tuesday (tomorrow).

The constant postponements are grating and the level of customer service I have received is rather appalling.
