A courier service that does not deliver

This is by far the most useless and inefficient courier company that I have ever dealt with. (And I deal with many different courier companies on a daily basis at my place of work.) They botch up one's order, deliver to the wrong address then make **** promises to deliver the next day. They do not answer their phones and when they do you sit on hold for ages until someone picks up the phone and then puts it down. They promise to call you back, they never do. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered from their Cape Town office to Kalk bay 4 days later!.....Absolutely shocking.
