A bad and frustrating service from Dawn Wing

This useless company Dawn Wing is frustrating, It's been 10 days now and I haven't received my parcel and when I trace it, it says delivered .I call them everyday , they just say "We escalated the issue to the manager by the name of Aron" when I call the guy he's not picking up and his manager France is not picking up. Now I don't know what to do .....I need help here folks.
