The worst experience ever. I have been waiting for my delivery for a week. At first they sent me a text asking to deliver on a Saturday and since my delivery address was an office space, I rescheduled to Monday.

On Monday no one called and I waited a few days more telling myself I’m giving them some time, I then called customer service on Wednesday and they promised to deliver on Thursday, when I didn’t receive a text about delivery I called again and they said my parcel will be delivered on Friday. When I called on Friday I was told that they have been coming to me address to deliver and I was not available, if I was not available why would I be constantly wasting my airtime calling your offices?
