6 work days to deliver a 2-3 day work day delivery and STILL don't have the package

Worst experience I have EVER had with this company, they needed to deliver my package on Thursday/Friday the 28th/29th of July and they havent, calling the call center they just tell you they notified the courier to phone you when making a delivery and that is it. They cant forward a call to the driver or anything....waiting 6 work days now for a package that should have been delivered in 2-3 work days....never willingly using them again or suggesting them to anyone.
