3 Weeks Delivery pending!!!

I have been waiting for my order for the last three weeks now. Not sure if its lost as I have not received it still. I received a courtesy call from Dawn Wing from a Lady by the name of Nwabisa assuring me my order was to be delivered this week and not delivery and its end of the week now. Its going for almost a month since my order was placed and dispatched to Dawn Wing to deliver with no luck.
