I ordered parcel with company which uses Dawn Wing for delivery on the 30/11/2020. When I track where my parcel is its indicating that its in DPD Laser Branch Louis Trichardt since the 1st of December 2020 because I was unavailable upon delivery. No one even bothered to call me upon delivery to notify me or afterwards to let me know about the status of my delivery. I have been trying to call their call Centre since then to arrange for another delivery of my parcel to no avail, apparently they are always experiencing high call volume!!!

MOST USELESS COURIER SERVICE EVER!!
