I am super angry and disappointed with this so called courier company. I have been awaiting my order from Cotton on from Monday and it's been getting postponed all the other days.

I've sent multiple emails and have made even more calls but the call centre staff sounds unsure so they lie. My parcel has been on the road since Monday, is it walking to me?????

No one even bothers to respond to the emails.
