Dawn Paws Puppy ****

I placed an order for a puppy with this so called breeder in Bloemfontein. I was quoted R600 to deliver the pup and duly paid for both the dog and the delivery. On the day of delivery Dawn Paws demanded that I pay an additional R5850 to the courier company failing which delivery would not be effected. This ************ behavior should not be permitted and brings the whole pet industry into disrepute. Dawn Paws refused to communicate with me despite leaving numerous emails and WhatsApp messages. I believe the whole operation is a total ****!! Regretfully I have now to revert to the legal options available to me to recover my monies paid.
