Promax welding and cutting kit - Incledon Secunda

I bought this kit on 25 April at Incledon Secunda. I drove all the way from Sasolburg. On 29 April 2016 I gave this kit to my husbund as a birthday present so hr testsed it and found a faulty leakage on the welding tortch. So I called Incledon Secunda on the 29 April 2016 and report the faulty kit and explained to them that we come back to Incledon Secunda on 03 April 2016 if they have another in stock I will exchange or I want my money back. So today 03 May 2016 I where at Incledon Secunda and told them I want my money back because they do not have stock. So they told me to send in paper work to pay back the money before 09 May 2016. So I send the paper work through to Incledon Secunda today and called to find out if they receive it so the manager told me that my money will be done after 21 days witch is unacceptable.
