Disgusted

If you are looking for poor service, Dawid Kruiper Municipality is your person. Calling and emailing them for 3 months now. Their phones just ring no answer. I had to travel all the way from Cape Town for them to assist me and still no assistance after they promised me they would sort out the problem they had created. Their offices are full of boxes and documents lying around. I fear for my document that is with them. To this day my problem is still hanging in the air!
