Unable to install, download, connect ect.

Bought a vantage pro 2 and the weather link program has been giving me uphill battle for 2 months.<br> Cost me down time as product was installed but could not be used. 2nd 3rd and 4TH LAPTOP could not get program on laptop.<br> after getting support from supplier, the software still gives me hard time. and caused lost date and unable to invoice.<br> <br> Unable to install, problem with installer package. even support or a new disk(3rd one) wont help much.<br> looking for alternative program or different commitment from weather link
