Totall ********* bordering on *****ulant behaviour

I contracted Dawid VD Berg to install a Kocom Intercom at my home, replacing one that was faulty. It took a pair of them over a day to install it. A week later the system packed up and I called them to come and repair it. They removed the gate station and tried to get me to approve a rewiring of the whole system, which I refused as their lack of technical knowledge was now very evident. Just as they left the electric gates stopped working( which were connected to the intercom). I then called them to come and fix it and they tried to charge me a call out fee. I refused and insisted that they make good what they had damaged. They did so and left. They have never returned to bring back the gate station, and after numerous phone calls to them, they have made promises which they have never kept. Their whole approach borders on theft and *****, and I have never experienced such ********* behaviour before. Anyone dealing with this lot must expect to lose money, or have further damage to anything they touch.
