Pathetic Service

On Monday 07 August 2020 around 14h30 my son and I came into your store, highly recommended, for 4 pieces of boards in order to insulate our dog's kennels. Although we wanted the boards cut on the same day, we were advised that it was late and that it could only be cut the next day (Tuesday 08 August 2020) and we will be phoned to collect.

Tuesday and Wednesday have come and gone, and nobody phoned. It is Thursday 14.38 now and I think we will still not get it. Really pathetic service for 4 pieces of boards. Will definitely not come back or refer anybody to your store. I would expect you now to deliver it as soon as possible, to at least protect your integrity..
