I did not get all my boards

I bought boards, and had them cut there. They delivered my boards and after me checking I found out there were boards missing. I'm being taken from pillar to post without resolution. I've been there about 5 times about this now. The last time, Saturday I phoned, spoke to the salesman, he told me to come in, when I got there he told me the person to speak to will only be there on Monday! He could've told me that information on the phone. Hehehe wasted my time that's all. Needless to say I'm not happy!
