Account manager is in Italay I cant Get my refund

<br> Hello Peter<br> <br> My husband paid for Kitchen unit boards to Davidson's Board, and they told him the material will ready in 7 days. 7 days has passed material is not ready and they told my husband that he has to wait for another seven days. our client was not happy at all and my husband cancelled the order and aske for refund, they told him that they can not refund him because the accounts manager is in Italy. they can not be able to refund as there is no one to authorize the refund. we asked if the isn't any one to assist us. they said acting manger is on leave then we have to wait fro both them to come back next week Monday. this is jeopardising our business as well we do not know how to tell the client. they said we tell the client to call them. we need the money as soon as tomorrow we can not wait until Monday. I told them that I will expose their poor service delivery and they said their company is linked with JSE , we will not win<br> <br> please assist Peter<br> <br> thank you
