Shocking Hair Experience

When I walked into the shop Micheala did not even acknowledge that I was there. She then made me wait 15 minutes before attending to me. She did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted a highlights that ended up looking like she coloured just the top of my head, the colour was a terrible yellow blonde when I distinctly told her that I did not want blonde and the colour was different from the top to the bottom. She then tried to tone it and made it even worse. She was not apologetic or empathetic to the fact that she had completely messed up my hair. She had terrible attitude and should not be in a customer service environment. She did not give the personal attention required. She was constantly distracted by the phone other customers. She is a terrible hair stylists who knows nothing about hair or customer service, her only priority was making sales by selling products. There was also another lady that was there whilst I was having my hair done and she too was not happy with the service from Micheala. I will never go back to David Shannon Haridressing. If you want terrible service and a bad hairdo, go to Micheala at Shannon Hairdressing, she's your woman.
