Stay away from this man that claims to be a plumber but is only a phony and a *****. His MO is that he advertises on Facebook with no callout fee to entice clients. He will quote you then ask for a deposit, purportedly to buy materials after which he will disappear to never come comeback and never answers your calls. The other method he uses is that he will buy more materials than is necessary taking advantage of the fact that you don't know what has to be used. He will then use what he uses and sell the remainder for his personal gain or use them for a future supply and fit job. The other issue is that should he complete a job, he will claim that he under charged and wants more. He becomes so aggressive and violent when you tell him you will pay what he quoted. He calls himself David Plumber or David Mdeva on Facebook. Please take note particularly women.
