********** quality of David Jones handbags

I have bought my wife a number of David Jones handbags. I will never buy one again. Another of her handbags has deteriorated to the point she is embarrassed to be seen out with the bag. I sent David Jones an email with supporting photos of a black bag. I got no reply. Now a brown bag has got layers of coating that has lifted. Highly disappointed. The bag was probably used maximum of 12 times!!
