David's Pools: David Groenewald

WARNING: Has anyone dealt with David Groenewald ( Cellphone: ***) with regards to your pool? What a sumbag! I paid for a kreepy in December and it is still not delivered. Avoids calls when I try to get info from him. Has anyone else dealt with this ********? Any advice on how to get my money back?
