NO HELP FROM DAVID BENSON SOLICITORS

I have repeatedly asked for someone at David Benson offices to assist with sending documents. I have emailed & i have phoned and no one has even tried to lift a finger to assist. My mom has been stuck in SA waiting for some kind of help after being told it will cost her 400 pound to make an appointment at the embassy and after 3 months David Benson Solicitors have still done nothing. We have made our own appointment and are now waiting for all the original documents to be sent to us but once again DAVID BENSON SOLICITORS have failed to assist!!
