David Barlin - Social Worker

David Barlin was appointed as the social worker in my case. He mislead me from the beginning, making me believe that he is an independent, unbiased, fair social worker. This was not the case as it was found out later that he was manipulated by the other party to provide a totally bias, one sided, factually incorrect social worker report. I had to get an independent social worker to critique his report and it was formally discovered to be bias, un-factual, incomplete and did not follow the approved social worker best practices in South Africa. I would not recommend David Barlin to deal with any matters regarding Family, Marriage or Children. In my case he did not work in the child's best interest, he was working in his own interest.
