David Barlin - Social Worker

This was the Social Worker assigned to do an interaction analysis between the minor child and myself. He came to my house, did a Q&A session and the interaction analysis. He mislead me to believe that my answers to the Q&A and the interaction analysis would appear on his Social Worker report. To my horror, none of my answers or the interaction analysis appeared on the Social Worker report. It's clear, that he intentional left it out to create a bias against me, in his report. We are talking about the best interest of a minor child here & for the Social Worker report to be manipulated in this way, is alarming. I don't understand how David Barlin is still a Social Worker and allowed to practice in South Africa.
