NO CUSTOMER CARE OF KFC DAVEYTON MALL

On the 11th June 2024, my visit to KFC daveyton mall was atrocious. Upon entering there is no one to usher you to correct place to order. Only after queing you are told to go use a kiosk for card orders because their speed points don't work? A whole franchise? I was then redirected to the kiosk where I was assisted , the issue now is ,after ordering a particular meal I was informed by Mbali after making a card payment now, that the order I'm requesting is not possible.The supervisor is Livhuwani telling me he thought i wanted a drumstick and thigh of a street wise 2 meal, he went on arguing with me yet I'm telling him my story, instead of giving me solutions, I then asked him for refund and he was glad to do the refund, that means he lost a customer but it didn't seem he cared, yet losing a customer Is as good as an employee lost. KFC daveyton mall is a sham to even be operating..I had to drive down to Mayfield Square, which is another cost to get a better service, of which I got . Shine Mayfield KFC
