KFC DAVEYTON MALL PLEASE REIMBURSE ME

On tye 25th of November I ordered online KFC 2 meals, big 6 & family fiesta, the Uber eats driver didn't deliver & went to hangout with his friends with my Food. I had to track him down and collect my food only to find out that he only gave me the family Fiesta he did not give me the Big Six when I contacted KFC on the 26th the manager said she is waiting for RTM to decide what to do next. It's been almost 3 weeks & I'm waiting to be reimbursed my R169 & delivery money back. When I text the manager on the WhatsApp number we were communicating on, she doesn't respond anymore.
