Disgusted

I am absolutely disgusted in the public toilets available at this mall, I have been in quite a few public toilets and NEVER have I seen one worse than at Daveyton Mall, you have staff members sitting at the door selling toilet paper at R2 a piece whilst the toilet is in a horrific state, the stalls are covered with black plastic bags, and then you find sanitary bins on top of the toilet seats, so I took it they do not work... The toilets that you can actually use has sanitary bins full to the rim with no lid and sanitary waste all over the floor. During one of the worst pandemics of our time you still have the decency to have absolutely zero soap or sanitizer available, thanks for the care you provide to your customers and staff of the shops on the premises who have no other means but to utilize this mess.

I have no other option but to report this to the health board to do a complete inspection of the mall as I do not even want to know what other health risks you have given the poor standard of a facility you make available to the public.

Dear operations manager, please clean this **** show.
