Rude clinic staff in Daveyton

My mom went to the daveyton east clinic to collect her high blood pressure medication as per usual when she got there she was not assisted at all ,people who came in after her were assisted the sad and disgusting part is she left the house at 5 only to come back at 3 in the afternoon without receiving any assistance the clinic staff are not trained and they are extremely rude to all patience .my question is why do we have clinics if our own people are still being treated like crab I demand answers my numbers are ********** 199/ ********** 814
