Purchasing of car

When their advertised on Market Place app cars for sale.. repossession vehicles..I got in contact with them and made a purchase.. 1st their told me 50% upfront and the other 50% when vehicle is delivered. So I made the purchase..then their said I need to pay the other 50% to release the papers from the bank and their even send me the person's number at Standard bank .. i got in contact with the person at Standard Bank and confirmed it.

The vehicle suppose to be delivered on Saturday (20/03/2021) but no vehicle.. the Sunday their phoned me to say that i need to pay vat. on the vehicle and that made me suspicious and said no.. their offered to refund me and I said yes to the refund but till today..nothing yet.

I believe their ******** people.
