Toilet doors stuck

I am writing this email stuck between two doors that should be leading to the toilet. <br> As per normal after shopping I inserted the R2 to enter the ladies toilet, the first door to let me in opened however once I was inside the green button switched on which was indicating that I need to push so that I can enter the toilets, <br> <br> Unfortunately after pushing very hard for a few minutes - the door didn't open then probably 5 minutes later two boys arrived who said ' I need to kneel on the floor for atleast 10 seconds because the sensor does not sense me. <br> After deliberating with them as I now was not sure if this was a joke, prank or I was being ******- 3 other ladies arrived who said I am delaying them I must just kneel down so that they can open as they desperately need to use the toilet. <br> <br> Eventually, out of desperation, I kneeled for a month the the door opened. I was so fed up at that point that I just walked away when the door opened. <br> <br> It is very pathetic that a paying toilet is not being serviced regularly, not to mention that I had to now bend in front of two men 'while on my periods' just to exit the doors which were blocking me. <br> <br> I am deeply embarrased and angry.
