Beware, Dave is a *****!!!!

I have been staying since Dec 2014 at 1079 Oulaap Street owned by Dave Renstead. I paid my deposit however when I moved from his property last month Dave refuses to pay back my deposit. I have sent him all the proof to show I have no outstanding rent but he refuses to pay.
