DAVE ALSTON.....DISGUSTING AFTER SALES!!!!

TO ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Here is my story!

I have recently purchased a vehicle from Dave Alston Motors and honestly feel ****** to put i bluntly!

One weekend early October 2019 i passed by the dealership and noticed a clean looking BMW, first thing the monday morning i went to the dealership and was assisted by a salesmen who is apparently brand new at the dealership bless his heart who tried assisting to the best of his ability and is obviously is still to learn his new employer Dave Alston!

After delivery was taken of the vehicle only then issues were found on the vehicle, "Major Oil Leak and Major amounts of smoke coming from the exhaust when sitting in traffic" Only then did i realise i was actually ****med or CONNED !!!

On viewing the vehicle it was set up in a way were all looked well and in order, with the test drive, there was not even 8km worth of fuel in the vehicle so could not go to far or else would pick up the smoke as the vehicle needed to reach a desired temperature for this to be noticed!

The oil leak was mentioned to Dave witch he assisted with and outright declined assisting with the vehicle smoking witch was confirmed to be Valve stem seals!

"Any person in their right mind would be angry after paying over 100k for a vehicle only to find its a problem car with the dealer declining any further assistance." I visited Dave at the Dealership to compromise however with him declining and thinking i trying my luck these were his words "YOU CAN ONLY SQUEEZE A LEMON SO MUCH, YOU ARE SPOILT"

Now really, what a DISGUSTING way of treating a client!!!! i had no hastle with arranging my finance and paying for the vehicle but if this is the way a client gets treated after purchase! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE BE WARY WHEN GOING TO THIS GUY......

I am not a person who complains but unfortunately this is UNACCEPTABLE! BAD BAD BAD !!!
