Very Bad Service Indeed

<p>So my sister boughht a Datsun Go, and ive sent an email to Datsun regarding the problem shes having in her car about the seatbelt being very small. Was told she can take it to any Datsun dealership and they can fix that problem. Now we have done that and we were told we have to pay about R800 to have that fixed. Like why do we have to pay extra to have factory problems rectified? Already she has traffic fines for driving without putting on a safetybelt and she is expected to pay another amount to have this problem rectified??? I really find this very much so disappointing as i didnt think from a brend that has been here for ages we could ever enconter such a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone with brains please help in rectifying this problem as already she isnt feeling safe at all driving this vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
