dud car sold

Hi bought a Dutsan go from mark white nissan last year oct 2016 From Allan, the car had 20 000km on the clock, when i took it in for my 30 000km service i now all of a sudden need to replace the entire clutch and all the shock absorbers resulting in a R 24500 cost to repair all. Do you really think that within the 10 000km mark that all shocks and entire clutch needs to be replaced. not only that, the service deal ( Car service city ) advised they suspected this car was never even serviced @ 15 000 km as the logg book is not stamped and only written in serviced and date - no stamp.
