Datsun Sa ,where's my courtesy vehicle?

My name is Mr K Pillay ,i had a car accident on 16 March 2018 while driving my 4 month old Datsun Go, this car selling point to me was that it came with 1 years gold insurance from Oakhurst but i was now told that insurance does not include a courtesy car.... now i am stranded without a replacement vehicle until my claim gets processed! Datsun Sa have refused to give me a coutesy car stating their warranty policy ? I am very disappointed with Datsun Sa with the manner in which they leave customers to fend for themselves in such desperate situations.
